We spent the class today correcting our Use of English mock test. I think it was fruitful, what about you?

This means that, for our next class, apart from doing what had been assigned as homework for today, you’ll also have to do:

- Exam Maximiser: pages 54, 55, 56 (the exercise ends on page 57).

Hello guys,

What happened to most of you? I know it’s test week and all that, but you can’t simply vanish like that!

Anyway, the lesson today was fairly different from our usual lessons, huh?! I guess I could talk some people into joining twitter.

As we had some responses even from people in Scotland, we didn’t really do much (other than this).

Your homework for our next lesson is the same as it was for today. Make sure you check the previous post!

Here’s a video on Passive Voice, in case you’d like to revise what we talked about in class.

If you’d like to watch a different video, with different information, check this one out. The accent is also different. The guy is German.

I haven’t got my books on me, but at least I can remember the homework.

- Coursebook: finish the activities on the page with the differences between SAY, TELL, SPEAK and TALK.

This has taken me longer than I expected, but at least there was enough time for Pedro to pay a visit to the blog!

Homework for next class? Units 1-5 review in the coursebook. It’s right after unit 5 and just before unit 6. Pretty easy to find it, huh?!
